About The Opportunity As a member of the Campus Advantage team, you’ll be tasked with performing a variety of cleaning services to maintain a clean, safe, and inviting environment that upholds the highest standards of resident satisfaction. Housekeeper candidates will perform a variety of cleaning services with meticulous precision and will: ● Ensure the overall cleanliness of the property remains move-in-ready at all times ● Clean common areas, offices, hallways, fitness center, laundry rooms, and restrooms ● Cleaning up spills with appropriate equipment ● Notifying managers of necessary repairs ● Collecting and disposing of trash ● Assist with organizing and maintaining the inventory and storage areas ● Complete work order documentation in a timely manner ● Conduct routine supply inventory and promptly submit supply order requests ● Provide targeted feedback to the leadership team regarding supply performance Essential Skills & Qualifications Campus Advantage prides itself on upholding a culturally diverse and inclusive work environment that utilizes the diverse backgrounds of its team members to create a superior living experience for residents.
