Painter needed to patch 3-4 spots and also paint about 6-7 areas where test paint was applied. This doesn't need to be perfect as this is a rental property so I just want to cover it up. Please reach out ASAP as I have someone moving in soon. This could be a working relationship as I have multiple properties. Thanks!
