Service Overview: Contractor will perform the following services throughout the North Western NJ area. Contractor will be responsible for performing the services using their discretion and expertise and will provide their own equipment. - Debris removal - Inspections - Installation of handrails, smoke/carbon monoxide detectors, switch plates, outlet covers, gas/water caps, vent covers, etc. - Lawn/yard maintenance, shrub trimming - Snow removal - Cleaning services - Window boarding & re-glazing - Gutter cleaning & repair - Securing/lock changes - Winterizations/de-winterizations - Minor repairs & other similar services as needed Contractor Requirement: - Previous experience and track record of performing the above services or similar services to customers. - Incorporated entity or LLC with an established Tax ID/EIN number. - Meet all business license and insurance requirements. - Have a reliable construction vehicle preferred but not required to have trailer or flatbed. - Have all required tools/equipment. - Have necessary working capital to support invoice and payment terms. - Have ability to submit updates and the required before/during/after photos via our contractor smartphone app while onsite at each property. - Must be reachable via phone/email/text throughout the day. Training: - Comprehensive paid field and administrative training will be provided. Invoice And Payment Terms: - Contractor to invoice upon work completion to ensure payment within terms.
