"Motor" was seen and pictured on a fence in the backyard at Elder Court on 7/27/22 at 10:00 p.m.. That is 2 mi away from his home. It took 6 minutes to drive there I know only 2 mi but whatever, he had already jumped into somebody else's yard and he wouldn't come to my call. I was up the next day putting flyers out everywhere.
