Looking to form a 90’s / 00’s cover band with various genres including rock, country, and pop. Interested in musicians who have played out in the scene before, but not necessarily. Must have own instruments and gear. Don’t need a sound system. I would eventually like to do half originals and half covers. A little about me: I sing lead vocals, performing is my favorite, I play a little keyboard and a little guitar, and have been performing out in the scene for many years. I am experienced with performing in the cover world, but I am also into writing my own music, and would like to find other musicians that have similar musical tastes. Thinking more along the lines of the stuff people can dance to, but also the alternative and rock genres. Stuff college kids will recognize but more importantly stuff that people in their 30/40/50’s(the ones that have money to drink lol) can still enjoy. My voice is good for pretty much any style. I can organize things or I can let others organize and help out when needed, doesn’t bother me either way as long as we all get to make decisions together on song choices and venues. Doesn’t matter what instruments you play, if you want to jam let me know. If you are: •interested in performing covers but also originals •not afraid to “put on a show” but without being a d*ck •down to earth •ok with playing with any gender •don’t do drugs/drink too much when you’re supposed to be showing up to practice / perform •considering playing music as a priority in your life •able to rehearse once a week •able to learn songs quickly(within a week or two) •have the ability to do multiple instruments, or also sing •aren’t in this just for the money(but there will be $) Reach out to me.
