We are looking for a licensed electrician for the following: 1) To help install electric baseboards on 2nd floor unit. A total of 4 baseboards needs to be installed with thermostatic control. This is in Baltimore city on pelham ave, Baltimore, MD 21213. Budget for this is $1100 (including materials) 2) At another property interconnected smoke alarms need to be installed, this is in Towson, MD We are also looking for a plumber to help with following: 1) need the 2nd floor radiators capped off, the current boiler is feeding both 1st floor units and 2nd floor units and we want the radiators from 2nd floor unit removed.
