Biweekly on Tuesdays, the independent contractor (1099) will perform commercial janitorial services from 7 am to ~9 am. Cleaning equipment and supplies provided. Start on August 9th ready to work. Experience required! Commercial Janitorial Service includes: - Clean floors (vacuum, sweep and mop) - Clean and sanitize two (2) bathrooms in the production area - Clean high touch areas in the production and office areas - Wipe down counters and hard surface areas (common areas) - Clean executive’s office (including conference table, file cabinet, desk, computer screens, bookshelf and printer) - Wipe down window ledges (executive office and 2 interior offices) - Dust office’s baseboards and framed pictures/paintings) - Clean 2 utility sinks (production area) Client’s doors open at 8:30 am; and at least 95% of cleaning must be completed by this time. The commercial space is between 3K and 4K feet with carpet (offices) and linoleum ( production areas). Monthly invoicing required for 1099 contractors.
