Lost dog....white and black shih tzu

Unfortunately when I was not home, my 75 year old father left my daughter's dog "Oreo" outside with the door shut. The dog dug up a whole under the gate and got out. Probably got out today before noon. He is a black and white Shih Tzu about 3 years old. He was wearing a collar and name tag with his name and my phone number on it.
