Need two lawns cut and edged.

We have two small houses next door to each other behind Roosevelt Parks baseball diamond. One yard has very little lawn due to large tree in front and a very small back yard, maybe 20'x9' no edging required in back yard. The other house has your typical city lot size yard. Need front back and between garages cut. Front yard edged. Willing to provide mower, gas, and edger that uses an extension cord, will provide that too. If willing and have means to transport fall clean up off property or bag it up clean up is available. Bags will be provided if it's going to be recycled and left on property for city pick up. For lawn and edging we are will to pay $50.00 bi-weekly for both lots to be cut and edged. $100.00 for fall clean up for both lots. This isn't for each lot, it's for both lots as they are not that big. Feel free to call or text anytime.
