Part-time Housekeeper/Organizer

Seeking housekeeper for a 1500 sq ft house in Berkeley 20 hrs/week. Duties: * House maintenance: pick-up rooms, load/unload dishwasher, take out garbage, clean surfaces * Linens: wash & fold laundry, change bed linens, change out bathroom towels weekly * Periodic deep cleaning: weekly or bi-weekly deep cleans of bathrooms and kitchens, dusting, sweeping & mopping * Organization: de-clutter, sort & organize spaces * Errands: goodwill donations, grocery shopping, drop off/pick up items for repair * Kid pick-up: pick up responsible 8-year-old daughter from school & take to/from activities * Dog walking: walk calm, sweet, well-behaved mutt once per day, pick up pet waste Cooking ability a plus. We’ll start with a trial period of 4 weeks when we can see how things work. After that, we can decide if we are both on board for a longer-term engagement.
