Missing Orange Cat. Hi neighbors! Our beloved family cat Leo is missing. He was last seen at Broadway and Encinal on Sunday evening. We are very worried and not sure if someone may have picked him up since he just lost his collar and appears frail due to a thyroid condition. He’s an 18 year old kitty and partially deaf.
