SUNSET YOGA AT BLOOMSBURY FARM Join us on a beautiful Friday evening in September as we participate in yoga on the Hilltop, led by Nikki Taddei. Nikki has been a yoga instructor for over 5 years and is currently a LuluLemon Ambassador. Her love for health and empowering others is evident through her practice that she will lead us through as we perform yoga as the sun sets. Nashville Yoga and meditation teacher Nikki Taddei will hold space for you to Reconnect to your body, mind and spirit with an organic practice of both movement and stillness surrounded by the magnificent Tennessee sunset. It is our deepest intention that through this evening we spend together, you gain clarity on what has been, connect to where you are now, and Step In to what is coming. I hope you will join us. 6:30 PM - 8:30 PM All bodies, beings and levels are welcome.
