The Liberty Group is looking for Superstar Leasing Professionals! You must be able to work in a fast paced and challenging work environment and possess amazing customer service skills and high attention to detail! Qualified candidates are responsible for providing outstanding customer service to applicants and residents alike. This is a great position to start your career with a growing Management Company! *RESPONSIBILITIES: The dress code will be in professional business attire at all times Accompanies prospects to apartments and discusses size and layout of rooms and available amenities Prepares leases for residents and collects specified deposits, rents and late fees Maintain courteous communication with residents, applicants, and vendors Adhere to all company policies and procedures per the Operations Manual Assist in marketing tasks Assist in answering telephones following prospect call standards Respond to prospect e-mails within 2 hours of receiving Process applicant files within 24 hour hours of rental Complete accurate move in paper work Follow up weekly with maintenance service requests *JOB REQUIREMENTS: Proficient in property software (Yardi, OneSite, CRM, etc), as well as MS Office Must be able to work weekends Dependable and punctual Excellent written and oral communication skills Great customer service skills Self-motivated, resourcefulness and goal driven with problem solving skills Excellent organizational skills Must work well with a team Ability to multi-task and work in fast paced environment Attention to detail, double checks work for accuracy Bilingual a plus but not required (FULL confidentiality for those that are passively and actively looking to make a change) Email an updated resume to [email protected] or call 206-607-9631 The Liberty Group provides Equal Employment Opportunities (EEO) to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability or genetics.
