looking for experienced landscaping guys Must know how to edge mulch beds with a hand edger, pull weeds, plant plants, spread mulch, gravel ect And yes not everyone knows how to spread mulch! The start hour depends on the job as all Jobs varies. none of our jobs take longer than 8 hours so in the event that you are not a fast enough worker we still only pay 8hrs when the job is completed so only fast paced workers apply please. If you show up and decide to leave before the kob is completed. You will only be paid for the hours worked example: you leave at 2hrs you will be paid $30.00 . So take this into consideration when coming to a job site, because if you are driving 30 minutes to a job site and leave at 2 hours that is not my problem unfortunately what you spent on gas to get here. All of our jobs have a minimum pay for example, if we were to complete a job in under 2 hrs. You will be paid more then $30.00. We will deduct time from your hours if you are on your phone every 5mins or consistently back to back. We are great people to work with but we need people who will actually work. We are a small company and can not afford to or will tolerate to pay people to stand around or slack off. Pay is always same day. When completed.
