Looking for bass player to join a roots rock combo for jam sessions and some light local gigging. We have drums, guitar/vocals and lead guitar. Great rehearsal space with tons of room, equipment in Newton, fantastic acoustics and easy parking. Set currently includes John Hiatt, the Band, Lucinda Williams, etc. Must be available three or so evenings a month. Will be adding a keyboard player, too. Newly Formed Band 'The Bridge' Seeks 2nd guitarist with vocals. We're a group of seasoned musicians in our 60's looking to play out about once a month and delivering ' A Little Bit Of Everything For Everyone ' musically. Rock, Country, Motown, Blues, Soul, and everything in between. 39 year old drummer been playing since I was 11. Looking to start or join a band. I’m definitely a rock/metal drummer so that’s what I’d really like to play. I’m not into being in a cover band cuz I like writing originals. I’ve got an electric kit at home so I can keep my skills as sharp as I can and to write to whatever songs I’m working on at the time. Unfortunately i don’t have a space for a practice room to play my acoustic drums so definitely hoping to find someone that does. I’m looking for someone in or around my area or surrounding towns cuz I’m not trying to drive 35 or 40mins to practice. Primarily working in a variety of electronic music styles but can accommodate for a wide range of other styles / genres.We are a startup singer/rhythm guitar, singer/lead guitar and singer/bass player seeking a drummer (vocals a plus) somewhere in the southern NH area or northern MA area for a cover band playing anything from classic to modern rock, pop and possibly some country.We’d like to keep things interesting for us and the crowd and throw out some B-sides and throwback hits.
