SEEKING PART-TIME HANDYMAN/HANDYWOMAN TO MAINTAIN/REPAIR SMALL MULTIFAMILY RESIDENTIAL PROPERTIES (EACH PROPERTY IS LOCATED IN HOLLYWOOD PARKSIDE DOWNTOWN and HALLANDALE ALONG US1 & 7th Street- EACH PROPERTY CAN BE ACCESSIBLE TO EACH OTHER BY BICYCLE WITHIN 3 to 7 MINUTES ). HOURLY WAGE= $18.00/h (paid weekly via Zelle or Quickpay and reported yearly with a 1099) - NUMBERS OF WORKING HOURS PAR WEEK= offering on average 20 to 24 hours per week, sometimes 40 + hours and sometimes 12 or 15 hours - Very flexible working hours! EMPLOYMENT TYPE = part-time SEEKING METICULOUS AND CARING "Jack of all trade" HANDYMAN/HANDYWOMAN to maintain/repair multifamily properties located in Hollywood downtown and near Hallandale Gulfstream park. - between 10 to 20 hours per week @ $18.00/h (paid weekly as 1099). - FLEXIBLE WORKING HOURS AND FLEXIBLE WORKING DAYS : We can adapt easily to fit your existing schedule. - Work is mostly basic and consists of: Painting, appliances replacement and installation, Locks & door replacement, changing locks, window crank repair, plaster, drywall repair, painting, appliances replacement ( including fans, small light fixtures and Air conditioning window units), Cleaning area, pulling out garbage bins on pick up days, watering plants, lawn insect treatment, unclogging plumbing related blockage, replacing sink drain P-trap, toilet filler valves, post set up in concrete, stucco patch, etc, etc - Basic Knowledge in electrical and/or plumbing is a plus - Perfect side work job: you can work a couple of hours a day or 8 to 10 hours straight, your choice.
