$20 per hour part time or side-gig. If you need housing there is an option to pay $1850 or to work in exchange for rent/utilities (a value of $25/hr). We require16 hours of dockside work per week -or- combination of dockside work, errands, and mate hours aboard fun boat charters. Must have reliable transportation. Should be "handy" with basic tools and be able to lift up to 50 pounds without issue. Work in mostly shady areas with a "great view".
Local charter company with 4 boats needs help with basic boat maintenance and keeping the dockside operations/supplies organized. Basic cleaning/maintenance and using basic tools is required. Acting as "mate" once or twice per month, up to 6 hours per day may be necessary on busy boat days, and moving boats (if you can drive) may be needed. Examples of maintenance includes installing rod holders, reconnecting wire/stereo speakers, spray grease engine, waxing, check bilge for issues, organize snorkel equipment, etc.
There is enough on the list for a few days of work right now $20/hour (estimate 10-12 hours of work), with the option to stop by for a couple of hours each week after that (flexible schedule) at $25/hour each quick subsequent visit. Early evenings are ok in the summer.
