If you are a photographer, painter or videographer, we have over 2000 sq ft of space available for daily rental between Short North and OSU. It's half of a very large duplex that is sitting empty and will be renovated sometime next year. In the meantime, we are offering it to creatives who are in need of space to work on their next project. Half of the duplex is rented, so no musicians (sorry y'all. we do have a soft spot for you). Prices are negotiable depending on how much space you need and how long you'll need it for. Daily rates average about $200 per day for a single room.
