SUMMARY Working in 2-man or 3-man crew installing up to 10 homes per week. Responsibilities include driving company vehicle, managing the customer experience, and delivering a high-quality installation. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Install interior and closet doors in existing jambs, closet organizers systems efficiently with quality workmanship. Make necessary adjustments to enhance fit and functionality of installed doors. Install handles, closet tracks, molding & casing. Install handles. Organize, clean & stock service truck. Drive company box van to transport crew and doors to every job site SAFELY. Schedule and repair doors needing warranty adjustment work. Interact and answer questions with homeowner in professional manner. Overall responsibility for quality and customer satisfaction. COMPENSATION Hourly pay Paid vacation/sick Paid holidays Quarterly Bonuses EXPERIENCE 2+ years experience as trim/finish carpenter or similar field Skilled with most major construction power tools CERTIFICATES, LICENSES A driver’s license is required with a clean record. Contractor’s license is not required but is helpful. PHYSICAL DEMANDS The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
