found items on curb

i found some things on the curb and i wasnt sure if someone meant to throw them out or if when they moved they accidentally left them out. i can use some of it but would be happy to give it back if you can tell me where and what type items...they are jewelry craft type things and a few pics etc There was a name on them so tell me the name and describe the items and you can pick them up.
