We are a small custom home builder that stays busy year round, mostly. We are looking for a couple all around sub contractors who can do multiple things. The more experience that you have, the more money you will make. If you have more tools, then you will make more money. Here are some of the things you will do: Interior and exterior trim, foundations, concrete flatwork, grading, excavation, you will use several tractors, loaders, blade, dump trucks, etc, doors, frame, landscape, service lines, light electrical and plumbing and HVAC. We don't expect you to be an expert on everything, but good at many things. Pay is $35 to $20 per hour, depending on your tools and experience.
