Job Summary: We are looking for an energetic and organized Events Assistant to provide support to our events team day of events. On the day of events, you help set up and tear down decorations, monitor the delivery of supplies, help register or check out attendees and ensure operations run smoothly. Our ideal candidate has some event experience, but we are willing to train the right person. Duties and Responsibilities Perform all duties/tasks as assigned by the event manager Provide white glove service to clients and their guests before/during/after each event Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs Assist with guest registration/check-in and check out Perform admin/data entry tasks day of events when applicable Maintain a positive attitude and adapt quickly in changing environments Ability to be on your feet for long periods of time Assist with set up and tear down of events Work both indoors and outdoors in a variety of different weather conditions Requirements and Qualifications High school diploma or GED certificate required Strong computer skills and ability to learn new technology quickly Excellent customer service skills and a passion for helping others Ability to remain calm in stressful situations Able to multitask and think strategically Excellent organization and communication skills Strong attention to detail Ability to demonstrate good judgment/problem-solving skills in a creative and timely fashion Ability to work independently or as part of a team Comfortable being in large groups and working with different personalities Reliable transportation to and from event locations Availability on nights and weekends(required) Details Hours: Variable/Part-Time/Contract nights/weekends Location: Denver Metro Area (Lakewood, Denver, Golden, Littleton, Wheatridge, Arvada, Thronton, etc).
