Need exhaust/muffler work

I have a 2006 Ford Escape. It sat for a while and the exhaust “dropped”. From what I can see underneath, it looks like the bolts/screws rotted at the 2 connections between the exhaust to muffler and the exhaust to the “engine”. I have included pictures. The pipe from the “engine” looks like the screw holes were ripped, so this would need to be repaired. I have attached pictures. Paying cash money. How much for your labor? What do you think will have to be done?
