Hardworking, reliable person wanted for cleaning and maintenance of small office building and a dozen rental houses on near Eastside. Work Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Must be able to follow instructions, pay attention to details and work independently. Location is on major bus lines. No car required. Cleaning work involves emptying trash, cleaning doors and windows, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, cleaning toilets and urinals. Maintenance work involves picking trash, trimming weeds, shoveling snow, raking leaves, cleaning roof drains, painting, changing air filters, changing light bulbs and odd jobs. Prepping rental units involves removing trash and furniture, cleaning bathrooms, cleaning kitchens, cleaning light fixtures, cleaning windows, painting and minor repairs. Requirements: Must be able to walk, stand, kneel. Must be able to climb a 12’ ladder. Must be able to lift 50 pounds. Must be able to operate electric tools and gas powered equipment. Must be able to work safely. Must be high school graduate or GED. Must pass background check. Work hours: 30 hours per week Saturday and Sunday: 1:00 pm to 9:00 pm. Thursday and Friday: 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. Half hour unpaid lunch break.
