Description

Needed person to care for exterior property of condo project. Will need to be able to use a blower and a vacuum cleaner. To change light bulbs or reattach fixtures. Minor repairs (a loose screw, hammer in a nail, replace a nozzle, etc) Pool cleaning (experience not necessary, will train), caring for all of property, pulling trash, cleaning grill areas, maintaining beach access, attending to dumpster areas, courtyard area, parking lots, walking rounds for listing repairs, giving daily reports.
