Please help me find Nina

Hello on July 25th 2022 near 6th and Sable my dog Nina jumped out the car window before I could turn around to get her a man in a Harley-Davidson pickup truck F-150 with a orange stripe snatched her up and took off. Tried to keep up with them but I lost him in traffic. She has a pink collar with name tag that says Nina. She knows her name.I really just want her home please if anybody has possession of my puppy or knows the whereabouts of my puppy please I ask you to please reach out to me. Thank You
