Mandolinist/Guitarist Seeking Working Bluegrass Band

Local picker and grinner seeking an established bluegrass band for collaboration. I can pull both guitar and mandolin rhythm and breaks. I play mandolin like a mandolin, and have listened to and studied many players over the years. Can sing lead and harmony. Would be interested playing a mix of original music and standards. Have sound reinforcement to use for different sized events if needed, but would like to find a group that has sound equipment taken care of. Realities: With COVID petering out and it having left the bands I was with in a state of suspended animation, I would like to get back to gigging for parties and festivals where playing is compensated fairly with cash on the reg. Not interested in travel unless there is realistic pay for qualifications and higher cost of doing business associated with driving to a show. I easily go with the flow, unless there's a lack of communication in a band providing issues, liability, or stymieing enjoyment. The world is doing a good enough effort at draining away all of our money before our eyes, so lets put our best foot forward, demand, and go make money for doing what we do best!
