Found a pitbull and german shepard in the rain last week

Desperately trying to find homes for two dogs found roaming last Wednesday (7/27/2022) They are both underweight and were covered in fleas. They have been washed for fleas and using homemade repellent. Kids and myself have severe allergies to fleas and dogs, so I need them gone asap. No local shelter can take them right now because so many have been surrendered. Waiting on spots to open for them, but trying anything because they are sweet girls. The pitbull has sores and hair missing, slightly underweight, but a Velcro dog that needs to be touching a human. The German Shepard has ribs and hip bones showing, seems to dislike men, cats, other dogs, and little boys (fine with myself and 13 year old daughter that is my size), and is very good aggressive! They are being fed separately and put up at night in kennels. Please help! I don’t know what to do with them now but they don’t deserve whatever happened and got them in this position.
