Description
Looking for someone for light rehab (yard work, cleaning, general light handyman) to stay on properties being rehabbed for the security of work being done so no one comes in the empty house to vandalize, steal, etc. Not permanent as you move onto the next rehab being started. Must live somewhere as permanent address as some rehabs are only 4-6 weeks long & they may not start right away as there may be a 2-week wait in between. These properties are all over Jacksonville. If you need a ride, that can be provided. If you have a clean dog who is trained to go to the bathroom outside, then you are welcome to bring it with you. You must have some experience doing something that will help the rehabbers. NO smoking in the house. No druggies or alkies need to apply as you are there to be a presence in the house & you can't be messed up & keep it secure. You will be paid. Respond to this email with a contact number.
