Starting a Jam Band

Hi my name is Austin. I'm 24. Maybe people around my age. I'm a drummer, producer, mix engineer and audio engineer. I've been wanting to start a jam band for a while now. Bands that really inspire me when it comes to jam bands are The Grateful Dead/Dead and Company, Dave Matthews Band, Phish, Goose, Spafford, Umphrey's McGee, The String Cheese Incident, Widespread Panic,  the Disco Biscuits and you could throw Snarky Puppy into the mix as well. Upon many other jam bands. I'm looking for a guitarist who can also sing, a bassist, a keyboardist/synth player Maybe we can have a saxophone player and percussionist who can also drum as well sometimes. I'm the drummer. I like to experiment with my music/playing to creat a unique sound/create unique music. I also like jamming and would like to do long jams like the bands I listed above. Thank you very much.
