Lodging: The planning team has reserved 20 double bed rooms at the Hilton University of Florida Conference Center Hotel. As rooms are limited, please make sure to book early. Room rate is $169.00 ++ per night. Rate includes complimentary parking and Continental Breakfast on Saturday 11/5. Rate is only valid for reservations made prior to 10/5/2022. Friday Set Take Over - TBD Welcome Party - Join us for a Welcome Party from 7:00 PM - 11:00 PM at the Hilton University of Florida Conference Center Hotel. Lite hors d'oeuvre will be provided. A cash bar will also be available at the event. Entrance to this event is included in your ticket price. Saturday Football Watch Party - Join us in the No Name Lounge at the Hilton University of Florida Conference Center Hotel to watch the UF vs Texas A&M game (time to be announced once determined) Sunday Departure Brunch - TBD *We tried to not over plan the schedule to allow for networking and hang out time.
