Get free tickets for helping! We’re looking for help setting-up displays in the Genealogy Tent at Irishfest, one day before the start of the festival on Wednesday, August 17, from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. An afternoon shift may also be available from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m.
Volunteering may include putting up maps of Ireland and DNA or genealogy charts or other posters and flags. Arranging tables and chairs for scheduled presentations may also be needed. A few other opportunities exist on Friday to Sunday, such as tent greeters, helpers with maps, or directing visitors to various locations and activities in the tent.
Receive 4 tickets to the Grand Hooley featuring a fantastic variety of Irish music on the first evening of the festival, Thursday, August 18. Also receive one gate pass and a discount parking pass to be used any one day from Friday through Sunday, August 19-21 during full-festival events and activities. Receive extra tickets for volunteering in the tent on extra days from Friday to Sunday.
