My name is Jeff. I am a full time musician and began performing setups on my own guitars about 12 years ago. I moved to the area in 2018, and work as a producer/engineer/guitarist/drummer, as well as the in-house guitar tech for Honeytone Studio. I'm now offering professional level guitar setups, upgrades and mods to the public. I specialize in solid body electric guitars, but can certainly consult on other guitars (acoustic, hollowbody and semi-hollow bodies, bass, etc..) Basic Restring: $20 (customer provides strings) Electric Guitar Setup: $50 (customer provides strings) - Inspect Instrument - Identify Any Wiring Issues - Check Neck Bow - Remove Strings - Address any wiring issues - Check/Tighten Tuners - Truss Rod Adjustment - Oil Fretboard - Lubricate nut & saddles - Polish Frets - Replace Strings - Set Ideal or Preferred String Height (action) - Set Ideal or Preferred Pickup Height - Set Intonation - General Cleaning Upgrades & Mods: msg me. - I've done many hardware (bridge, nut, tuners, knobs, switches, trems) and electronic (pickups, pots, shielding) upgrades, as well as stock & custom rewiring using top notch components. cost depends on project. Not currently equipped to take on any advanced fret or nut work at the moment, but I can refer you to someone if needed.
