People are not always what they say they are. Anyone can make up business cards and claim to be experienced in the gig that's offered. You may be scammed. Job done wrong. Or even robbed. I posted my experience but was flagged. Craigslist is on the wrong side and does not protect the ones hiring and paying to place the ads!
