Pipes for frame are in shed and I will help you load. **trundle bed frame is missing 1 pin which makes it unable to lift and lock. It does still roll and can fit under most twin beds. **Grill works, does NOT include the propane tank, I just couldnt untwist it. **the saw works, It WILL shock you, it needs a new wire harness situation. **LOL Doll house has tons on accessories, dolls, clothes, etc. **Kitchen has dishes, racks, trays, food, an apron, etc. **clothes are all sizes. Boys s-xl shirts and bottoms. Girls small costumes and bottoms, ladies s-lg dresses, shorts, tops,jackets. **Bike and 2 kid pull chair for bike will need air if not new tires and possible a chain.
