Join the Eco Meet CLE on September 20, organized by Venture Forward Strategies and Eco Speaks CLE, and sponsored by Great Lakes Brewing Company. Please join us because there is nothing better than the energy we create by being in a room together. We are gathering those involved in sustainability - whether it be for many years or those early on their journeys - to make connections and spark conversations. This event is inspired by the former monthly meetings of Entrepreneurs for Sustainability (E4S) that were held in the tasting room of GLBC for over a decade and to the other organizations that paved the way for the work that is being done today - Earth Day Coalition, Corporate Roundtable, Green Drinks, Green Energy Ohio, Cleveland Water Alliance, Green Building Coalition (now USGBC Ohio), Sustainable Cleveland 2019, Cleveland 2030 District and many more. This event will be an opportunity for us to capture the work of the past and present, and to connect around the work we need to do now for the future. About the organizers Venture Forward Strategies wants to live in a world with healthy, flourishing ecosystems that provide abundance to all stakeholders. Diane is the retired executive director for the Cuyahoga County Solid Waste District and Greg is a multi-media specialist and a guitarist in a band called Funny Business. Together, Diane and Greg help listeners connect, learn, and live with the planet in mind by interviewing local sustainability leaders and sharing tips for a sustainable lifestyle.
