Looking to hire 5 Event Operators in Las Vegas, NV for a live streaming media company. This person has to be located in Las Vegas, Nevada and is required to be fully vaccinated for COVID19. Please review the job description below and respond back with a copy of your resume if you're interested. 😊 Event Operator Onsite Las Vegas, NV 3 month contract, possibility for extensions PR: $25/HR Hours: 20 hours per week What we're looking for: 1) Must have a great personality and be super reliable! 2) Roughly 20 hours/week. Shifts will range Monday-Sunday, anywhere from 9am-9/10pm PST. 3) Someone who is tech savvy, enjoys making videos, photoshop, tiktoks, troubleshooting printer and understand how to troubleshoot basic computer issues. 4) Must be able to start on 8/29/2022 5) Must be able to pass a background check Requirements: · Fully vaccinated against Covid-19. · Highly reliable, extremely punctual. · Reliable transportation to Las Vegas Valley. · Competent navigating computer systems and technology. Tech savvy! · Strong attention to detail, including ability to read data graphs and charts. · Ability to adapt to ever-changing situations. · Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. · Capacity and willingness to learn. PLUSSES · Passion for sports! · Live streaming media knowledge and/or video production experience. · Familiarity with the following Software: Office Suites (MS, Google), Confluence, Slack, Windows, iOS, Zoom, Teamviewer, VPNs. DAY TO DAY An employer is looking for Event Operators in the Las Vegas area. This position is responsible for performing active monitoring duties for live-streamed, televised, sporting events. If you love sports (think the NBA, NHL, MLB, etc.) and are technically savvy, this is the right job for you! You will be tasked with watching live sporting events and monitoring various dashboards, looking for any alerts or inconsistencies/red flags. You will take swift action to escalate any red flags to the escalation POC so they can troubleshoot and resolve issues in real time. You will work with producers on live event stream operations, including encoder starts and stops; switching between source feeds; communicating production status with producers and operations personnel; monitoring feeds (video, data, logging) and customer-facing streams for video and audio quality. The work you're doing, ensures sporting events around the world go off without a hitch, allowing consumers to watch live sporting events, uninterrupted, from the comfort of their own home.
