Join us for the 4th Annual Putting for Charity Event on September 13, 2022, a full-fledged miniature golf tournament - except the holes will be shorter so you can reach the green! Tee off with us at 5:30 pm at Cove Miniature Golf, Calf Pasture Beach in Norwalk. (Rain date is September 15, 2022) Proceeds of the event will benefit the Brien McMahon High School’s Marine Science Academy.  Culinary delights prepared by Ripka’s Café; dinner, dessert, beer, wine and fun!  Golfer Prizes!  Raffle prizes!  A 50/50 drawing!  A great networking opportunity! The Brien McMahon High School’s Marine Science Academy is a field-based, four-year program offering students a hands-on experience in all aspects of Marine Science. The program focuses locally in Norwalk, CT, where there is a rich maritime history, as well as, a wealth of career opportunities. Students will be exposed to various technologies, college and career opportunities in the field, and experiences through internships and apprenticeships. The Norwalk Rotary Club mission is to provide service to others, promote integrity, and advance world understanding, goodwill, and peace through its fellowship of business, professional, and community leaders. Norwalk Rotary, along with Rotary International, is committed to wiping out polio worldwide. We support our community by fully embracing the Rotary motto, "Service above Self". Projects we have funded include STEM Summer Camp for High School Girls; Family & Children’s Services Camp Scholarships; promote literacy through the distribution of dictionaries to all Norwalk Public Schools’ 3rd Grade Students and provide scholarships to graduates of the Norwalk High Schools.
