Assistant Manager/Groom position. Come join a fun team that takes pride in developing top quality event horses! This is a rare horse job that provides a generous salary, 5 ½ day work week, option to bring a horse, training/lessons/time to compete, and furnished shared housing with utilities and wifi included. Option to bring a competition or a sales horse (with free board) to generate extra income. Responsibilities include daily care of horses including feeding, grooming, tacking/untacking, bathing, assisting with stall cleaning, and keeping the barn tidy in a friendly, team-oriented environment. Learning the ropes under our Horse Manager includes assisting Vet calls, record keeping, organizing, scheduling etc. Perfect as a move up position from a working student or straight groom.
