We are needing skilled contractors for multiple jobs at our home. The jobs we need done are: Roof siding panels & rain gutters installed, new water heater installed to code, back deck & stairs built, backyard sheds built, attic insulation with walls and flooring built, work in crawl space with sump pump and other small plumbing jobs. There is a lot of work that needs to be done within a specific time frame due to insurance requirements. List of specific jobs will be provided in person. You must be a reliable and skilled professional. Pay will be based per job. You will be required to give quotes for labor, materials and estimated completion date for each job. Once quote is agreed upon work can begin. We expect to start these projects on or around August 15th. We are also needing to hire a Master Electrician for one specific job. We recently hired a home inspector and have a report specifically identifying a problem area that needs to be up to code. The electrician will be hired first. ***Licensed & Insured Contractors will have primary consideration for the deck & stairs, attic work, and roof work. All other jobs can be general laborers.
