Weeding Job

I am looking for someone (or some people) to hand-pull the weeds in my yard. This job has historically taken one person about 12 hours. The lot is about.3 acres. The person doing this needs to have some familiarity with what is a weed as opposed to an intentional planting. I think I'd prefer an hourly rate than a fixed fee to avoid the back and forth with sharing photos or having visits to arrive at an exact estimate. I'm ok with a minimum price if we can also agree on a maximum price. The work would need to take place sometime 8/9 - 8/15. Thanks.
