Volunteer wanted to help feed strays in the College way area of Cedar City. I will provide the food for even help feed your pet/ cat if you need help in that too. Just keep a feeding station and monitor to possibly TNR any animals you can catch. Several locations are available there I will also provide the feeder if you can't get one or have one.
