Apply on our website: Hi, I'm Apostle Joel Anderson, We are launching new work in your area, and I would like to invite you to come and be a part of our ministry. Jesus said, "Come and follow me, and I will make you fishers of men." The word "Ministry" means to serve, and I want to follow the principles laid out by Jesus where he chose his disciples loved them, and trained them according to his vision and purpose, which is to be fruitful Love is the first and foremost principle of our ministry. It is love that qualifies you to be a minister, prepares you to be a student, and finally qualifies your salvation. Without it, all is in vain. You must also be willing to dedicate time for weekday and weekend activities such as Prayer, Training & Church Services. #1 Prayer / Study Must participate in one of our weekday online bible study, prayer meeting, or ministry training one day during the week Mon - Fri. #2. Fellowship Must participate in Sunday morning life groups and Church services online or in Oregon #3. Baptism Must be baptized or willing to be baptized in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ. #4. Spirit Must exhibit the fruits of the spirit so we know you are a true believer. Love, Joy, Peace, Patience, Gentleness, Goodness, Faith, Meekness, Temperance. #5. Male/Female 21+ All are welcome, No matter your Race or Gender. #6. Compensation. You may need to have a job initially, this is a ministry. However, there are those who are able to make such a dynamic impact on the ministry that it is likely that the ministry will financially support such a one. Make sure your heart is in the right place. #7 Talents Come expecting to let your light shine according to the Gift that God has given you. Be prepared to allow God to use your gifts to give life to others, so they may be transformed and renewed according to his word. #8 Standards Love has standards, and so does our church. Ministers are expected to be exemplary members of our society, giving their time and financial resources to help the community and serve those in need. Free from addictions, sexual immorality, criminal activities, and anything that could be viewed as contradictory to a person holding the title of Minister. #9 Growth As a minister, you must grow spiritually and become more mature in your role as you spend time in your ministry. Become the leader God intended and take this opportunity to transform your life. You will never be the same. #10 Your Leadership You will be trained on how to become a very effective leader. After completing your training, a small group will be assigned to your pastoral care for you to nurture, train and grow. This will be the small start of your ministry. You will have the opportunity to grow your group as you become all that God wants you to be. upon completion of your ministry training, you will be ordained as a minister under Lighted Candle church, If you are enrolled to be a pastor you will continue with pastoral training. Once your pastoral training is complete you will be given a pastoral ordination and an office at one of our locations.
