Description
Let's get rid of fossil fuels !!
O. K., so we have solar panels, we have windmills, and we have electric cars.
Solar panels have been in high demand for 20-25 years now. Solar panels lose their ability to generate electricity after 25 years.
Solar panels are made of some very nasty chemicals and toxic metals.
At this time, we have ZERO plan on how to deal with old solar panels, so they're being BURIED in the ground.
Windmills seem like a great idea, if you can ignore the chopped-up birds and other inconveniences.
However, the huge blades that drive windmills can break or wear out and they need to be replaced.
There is currently ZERO plan on how to deal with windmill blades, except to BURY them in the ground.
As of right now, I know the state of Wyoming has a 'blade graveyard', but I'm not sure if they're burying them in other states as well.
Electric cars? The BATTERIES are a huge problem. After 10 years, batteries are junk. They cost tens of thousands$$ to replace.
The first problem is, Lithium Mines. HUGE holes in the ground, disrupting wildlife and causing horrific damage and erosion.
Another problem is, just like solar panels, batteries are full of nasty chemicals and toxic metals. Again, there is ZERO plan to deal with that.
