bought 07/04/22 new stove OTR microwave.did a terrible jog !!! 07/14/22 when installing microwave they guy pulled the exhaust out of the ceiling.i asked why he did that said he wanted to see if it was vented.then he could not get it back up into the ceiling but some how he did. when you opened the door food would slide out. stove had a 2 inch gap behind the stove. was written on work order to test and run to show how to operate. when we asked were they going to test and run. they ran out the door, jumped into their rental moving truck. i called home depot.they gave me a number to call for equipment check for 07/26/22. came back they said at first they could not do anything because of bad install. they decided to try but, vent fell out of the ceiling and he would not put it back. left it out and now fan cannot be used due to all the crap that falls out on to stove. they said it was my problem to fix ? also they were in a rental moving truck. both crews were very not educated to do their jobs very inexperience. called home depot and they said i would have to put a claim in ???
