My name is Stara, and I am a former elementary teacher and a grandma. My husband and I have been caring for children in our home for the last thirteen years, and I did childcare for nine years before that when my own kids were little. We are non-smokers and both have CPR training and background check fingerprint cards. We have one smallish dog who gets along well with kids. Our whole house and back yard are set up just for the kids. We serve healthy lunches and snacks and do lots of FUN ACTIVITIES. Coloring, painting, play-doh, music and dancing, puzzles, and outside time almost every day. We read to the kids every day and learn shapes, colors, letters, and numbers. And kindness and sharing. KIDS LOVE IT HERE, (like sometimes they don't want to go home) so parents are happy too. We have just one opening for a child between the ages two and five years old.
