Hello,
Are you somewhat local to Rockville? Perfect!
I'm looking to do an acoustic thing, although not opposed to electric rock if an established band is ready for some classic rock and newer.
Personally I am an energetic performer who likes to make sure everyone has fun. I would like to find someone that can sing co-lead and high harmony (Tenorish), who also plays an instrument. I do both and would like to find someone else that would enjoy playing & harmonizing.
I have all pro equipment, mics, PA etc.

Here is a small bio.
For the last 10 years I have been the musical director for a Shakespeare company in Baltimore, doing two to three plays a year, Each one a 3 month (or more) commitment. Once the play opened I would be on stage singing and playing every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday for the next 6 weeks during the play's run.
Basic jest with the Company is we presented the plays in their
original form. No microphones or electronics, all acoustic. Of course
in Shakespeare's time he would play the popular tunes of his time, so
to be consistent we play the popular tunes of our times.
My job with the company was to arrange and write original music for
the inplay songs, and then select and arrange 10 to 12 modern songs
for pre-show and intermission. Basically I would take pop, rock, R&B,
and any other chart toppers and sing along earworms from Madonna and
Lady Gaga, to Led Zeppelin and Pink Floyd, and turn it into an
acoustic song. Creating all the singing, and harmony arrangements, as
well as the instrument parts and then teaching it to any of the
actors who had some musical talents.
There were plays where I had 8 musicians and amazing vocal talents and
mad instrument skills. and then there were plays where I was the only
one that could play any instruments, and I would have to teach a
couple of the actors to play the Cajon and tambourine :).
