Need someone for drywall installation/ceiling replacement

Hello, I need the ceiling to be replaced in my kitchen (small) and some insulation/drywall put up in my attic. Just got quoted $10,000 for this, which seems INSANE! I understand we've got all sorts of inflation right now, but this is not that. :/ I know I'm not in this field, but I really don't want to be taken advantage of! Please let me know if you'd like to come out and take a look! Thanks!
