General Labor (outside) for hard work (Ithaca)

compensation: 20.00 per hour cash.
Need a helper, I'm putting in a large inground swimming pool and building a deck around it.
Must have strong back and willing to work hard. I will be working with you most of the time. Might have other work after completed.
Must be a hard worker, that's not on a cell phone all the time or smoking up a storm every 5 minutes.
One mile past hospital, so you will need transportation.
