Hiplandia Vacation Rentals is a family-owned company known for its high standards and incredible customer service. Our company operates over 8 vacation rentals (Airbnb, Vrbo, etc.) in the Long Beach area, ranging from a studio to 3-bedrooms. Housekeepers are the backbone of our company! We are looking for a thorough housekeeper with excellent cleanliness standards to attend all areas of our properties. The goal is to enhance customer experience by keeping our rentals in clean and orderly condition. As part of our housekeeping team, we task you with the duties of restocking the home with supplies, general housekeeping, and reporting of maintenance issues present. Hotel or vacation rental turnover experience is required. Please reply to this posting with your resume or description of your experience. Responsibilities: ▪️Complete Property Cleaning Checklist ▪️Wash all laundry onsite during the turnover ▪️Restock supplies at each unit from inventory in our supply facility (notify property manager when stock is running low). ▪️Document any missing or damaged items ▪️Communicate problems with property manager ▪️Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs ▪️Ability to work with little to no supervision and maintain a high level of performance ▪️Must be okay with working independently ▪️Self-motivation and the ability to identify and complete needed tasks without direct supervision Prioritization and time management skills ▪️Have the ability to work quickly without compromising quality ▪️Use your smartphone to accept assigned jobs, provide photos of your work and access the cleaning checklists Skills: ▪️Proven working experience as a cleaner ▪️Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies ▪️Integrity Qualifications: ▪️Cleaning experience of 2+ years ▪️Experience cleaning vacation rentals / hotels required ▪️Must have own transportation ▪️Must be available to take shifts 7 days a week, 10 am - 4 pm Benefits: ▪️Paid daily ▪️Flexible schedule Pay Details: ▪️Available shifts are assigned based on guest reservation ▪️Flat rate of $60 - $100, based on the size of the rental ▪️Most days we will be assign 1 - 2 cleanings per cleaner, but may occasionally be assign more based on business needs Job Type: Contract Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
